Frequently asked questions

What if it rains on the day of my appointment?

Rescheduling due to inclement weather will be determined the day of your appointment. If we are unable to perform your detailing services, our secretary will reach out as soon as possible to have you rescheduled.

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash is preferred but we do accept Venmo, Cash app as well as all major credit cards.

How long does my service take?

All services take anywhere from 3-4 hours depending on the amount of work needed to be done to restore each vehicle back to new.

Do I have to be present for my detail?

You do not need to be present during your detail. If you prefer to keep your vehicle locked, please just let us know where the keys will be for your technician upon arrival.

After completion of your detailing services, we do require our technicians to walk the customer around the vehicle to confirm satisfaction. If the customer is not present, we do just ask you review your vehicle within 24 hours of your services. 

Do you require any hook ups?

We do not require any additional hook-ups, we bring our own water gallon tanks and supply our own electric with our high voltage generators to power our machines.

Am I able to tip my technician?

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. If you do plan to tip your technician, please do so in a cash form. If your technician goes above and beyond, please let us know. We do love positive feedback and giving recognition to our team members when it's due.

Do you travel to me?

We travel to you at any location of choice such as your home, work, gym, mall, etc. Our goal is to make your detailing experience as easy and convenient as possible.

Do you offer ceramic coating?

We offer two different types of Ceramic Coating. We have a Nano Sealant Coating, protecting your paint for up to 9 months. We also offer interior and exterior Ceramic Coating which last up to 5 years. For more information, text the words "CERAMIC COATING" to 410-870-4401.

Do you offer bi-weekly package deals?

Generally for our bi-weekly services, we alternate between full details and exterior only washes. We do quote our customers upon arrival in these situations depending on the amount of work needed to be done.

Do you give discounts for having more than one vehicle detailed?

We only give fleet discounts starting at six vehicles. Generally, we will give a single rate across the board for each vehicle regardless of the size and condition.

Why do your rates say "starting at" rather than a set price?

All of our services are "quote upon arrival" . We do provide a base rate to give our customers an idea of what to expect payment wise, but will finalize the cost once our technicians are able to see the amount of work needed to be done first hand. 

Will my technician ever arrive later than my appointment time?

Please note that the time we give you is an estimated time. If your technician is running late for any reason, we will keep you updated throughout the day. We try to keep a fair amount of time open for each appointment but do understand some vehicles may need more attention than anticipated causing a delay in arrival to the next appointment.

What if I am unsatisfied with my service?

If you are unsatisfied with your service in any way possible, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 410-870-4401. We hold our customer satisfaction to a high standard and will work to resolve any issue as soon as possible.
